I have Fortigate 310B with 5.2.2 OS

Now Cisco VPN Client doesn't work

What can i do now?

this might be due to a recent Windows patch.

Workaround: run the client in Win 8.0 compatibility mode. See here for details.

Sir,

Without Fortigate the Cisco VPN works correctly

When connect through Fortigate connection not work

The VPN program has no internet connection

Check if nat-traversal is enabled in Cisco client.

Also check the traffic logs in firewall (filter with remote vpn server ip) to see if fortigate is dropping any packet and if so what is the port and protocol.

Till now when using cisco anyconnect or cisco VPN client in fortigate network the programs say check internet connection

When use them directly to the ADSL router working fine

What can i do more to solve this issue?
