the company I work is    planning   to change the ISP provider subnet  to the new Range so that will be affected   on the site to site VPN and SSL VPN and NAT how can i move  smoothly step by step i am thinking  first create new vlan for the new IP address from the new range and starting moving please i need advice

Welcome to the forums.

If you are talking about the same ISP, then I would simply create a secondary IP address on the same outside interface and match it with an address entity. Amend (add the new to) all you your policies that use the outside address, and you are done.
