My SSL-VPN users can only currently be discovered by IP and not hostname. This is causing a problem for our helpdesk because they either have to ask to user what their IP address is or ask me if a remote desktop session is required. How can I get this info through?
FortiNet provided me with an unsupported registry hack to get it working. Problem is that I needed to started the PC in safe mode to add the key. Since FortiClient is running, editing is locked. Any suggestions on how I can roll this out to the entire company?
