VPN tunnel connected but i can't access specific the remote fortigate and HTTPa via Ipsec tunnel

i am facing an issue with Ipsec tunnel i am not able the open the remote fortigate using a web browser , tunel its up both side are pingable without any issue only the issue with browser .

Run the following command in both firewalls to identify the issue (specifically in the remote FortiGate)

diagnose debug disable
diagnose debug reset

diagnose debug flow filter saddr IP_address
diagnose debug flow filter daddr IP_address
diagnose debug flow filter port Firewall_WEB/GUI_Port_number
dia deb console timestamp enable
diagnose debug flow show function-name enable
diagnose debug flow show iprope enable
diagnose debug flow trace start 100
diagnose debug enable

To stop the debug, please run again 

diagnose debug disable
diagnose debug reset
