VPN on the mobile application stopped working

Today I wanted to use application to connect to the server. I get the following message:
"Sorry could not start connection "s" Error Revoked by android REBOOT!" .
The problem has been happening since today because yesterday everything was working normally even though I didn't change anything. It is worth adding that I managed to connect the desktop to the server using this small data. I tested the problem on Android 10 and 13 and the message was the same.

Hi,

 

Which VPN you are using it.

Is the user behind FGT and your VPN server is on the internet

You can take sniffer on the FGT to see if the traffic is leaving the FGT and you are getting any response back

diag sniff packet any 'host x.x.x.x and port y' 4 0 l >> where x.x.x.x is the srv ip and y is the vpn port
