VPN not supported Asus VIVO book S (Snapdragon)

Dear Members,

 

can you support, the newly purchased Asus VIVO Book S (Snapdragon) laptop not support Forinet VPN service. while I used windows VPN service it connected but after

still not solved the issue.

application instaled through microsoft store and confire as per screen shoot in the store.

once enter the user ID and password and it connected but once connected and noted internet not work.

Are you using full tunnel? If yes, do you have firewall policy to allow traffic from SSLVPN to the internet?

You need to troubleshoot from the remote VPN server side (FortiGate), to see if you traffig is reaching it and if (and why) it is blocked.

Do you have access to the remote FortiGate? Otherwise you may ask help from the remote FortiGate admin.
