VPN disconnect frequently. Cant access internet once VPN is connected

Helllo

I am facing following issue. 

1. MY VPN is getting disconnected after every 4 minutes. 2. Once VPN is connected, not able to access internet. 

I am using Fortis Client SSL VPN Version (forticlient-sslvpn_4.4.2333-1_amd64)    on Ubuntu 18.04

I have uninstalled/installed VPN 3-4 times. But same issue is there. 

Note: When I use my credentials from other machine, it's working fine. 

Can anyone please help to resolve this issue. Thanks.

I would like to ask whether both PCs are running the same version of FortiClient?

Moreover, you may consider to debug SSL VPN deamon (diagnose debug application sslvpn -1) while the issue is triggered (debug output may contain private information and not recommended to share it on public forums). Please find more details by following the link below:
