VPN connection error

Hi, i have a problem with Forticlient VPN connection. When i try connect to server i got massage "the host name could not be resolved". I use latest mac os. Macbook pro 2012.

What could be the problem?

sounds like you are using an FQDN as remote gateway in your client and your mac cannot resolve this.

I suggest to check internet access and DNS settings.

or a Typo

or incorrect dns-server

 

Put the address in manually and try to connect? If it does than re-explore the dns name and settings.
