VPN authorization error:session expired in FortiClient iOS

Hi All,

 

I have a user who uses FortiClient on iOS. For the past three months, they haven't been able to connect to the SSL VPN, receiving a 'VPN Authorization error: session expired' message. I've tested FortiClient on Android and Windows devices, and both connect without issue. The user's iOS version is 18.5, and their FortiClient version is 7.4.7.0183, FortiGate version is v7.4.8

 

Any idea for this case?

Can you try older version like 7.2.x or 7.0.x?

Hello @AEK How could I download previous version for iOS? because I don't think it is available in App Store

You can download it from support portal: https://support.fortinet.com

You need to login and you may need a valid contract.

Thank you, I can find there are versions for Mac but I can't find for iOS. Do you have another suggestion?

Hello @sharmar , confirm that SSL VPN and IPSec in iOS aren't conflicting with any limitation
