This is from our customer firewall.
Btw ,tunnel we created have no issue so far.
So I wanted to know what is the cause of VPN Tunnel N/A.
I saw it in VPN log messages and there are quite a number of them pointing out to 4 different remote ip on each logs.
And the IP is belong to them(our customer).

Do you recognize the remote IPs? Even in the same country? We get these often for random VPN attempts from everywhere but not as often as your case.
we see this sometimes for VPNs we stopped using but the other side clearly hasn't yet.
as Toshi asks, try to lookup the other IP adresses and see if they are former 3rd parties to your customer.
