VPN Site 2 Site, Azure with local network, No connection from Internal

Gentleman, I can only access from Azure to local network, from local netwrok I cannot reach the destination, any guess?

After a very long 2 days looking for solutions, solved it using diag flow filter, where it showed me that the NAT was wrong, solution: Disable NAT in the internal 2 VPN Policy.
