VPN SAML SSO and SSL VPN

Dear all,

I would like to understand if on the same Fortinet box 6.4.3 is possible to configure at the same time access for SSL VPN based certificate users and SAML SSO ?

Hello, 

If I understand correctly, you want to use both SAML and cert based auth for separate SSL VPN users.

You can map different portals to the authentication rule under SSL VPN settings.

Portal_1 : SAML 

Portal_2 : cert based
