The VPN only client disclaimer "Upgrade to the full version to access additional features and receive technical support" is so unprofessional. I don't need to buy the full version, because we have adopted another solution for the endpoint protection.
There is no need for regular, non-technical users to see that disclaimer.
If there is no technical support, so be it...but don't show it. Ultimately this is an agreement between IT and Fortinet.

The firewall with remote VPN features can still be supported, so this really seems wrong to announce this to the end user.
If I have Fortigate with support contract, isn't remote vpn supported?
