Hi I'm struggling to get the VPN connection to work on my work laptop. I'm using the latest version of FortiClient VPN 7.4.0.1658 and all settings are 100% correct as I've tested the same on another laptop where it is working.
My laptop: DELL Latitude 5590
Windows 11 64bit
All drivers are up to date.
Can anyone help me sort this out or provide me with a link to download the 7.2 version to try and see if older version solves the problem?
Here is what I've tried already:
Please help me.

1- Tried disabling all security including firewall and still didn't connect. I tested same version of forticlient on a different laptop using same connection and it worked fine there, but I need it to work on my work laptop.
2- I could successfully ping the server.
3,4&5- With test done with alternative laptop and colleagues I can confirm that server setting should be fine.
Still no luck getting it to work on my laptop. If Fortinet can provide me with a download to version 7.2 then I can try that.
I've now also tried installing version 7.2.0.0690 and it fails with the same error message: "Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachable. (-5053)
We are having dame issue, if I use an older version 7.0.7.0345 it works fine , however we have MFA and it only gives 30 seconds to login. Someone said change to IPSEC seen a message somewhere
