VPN Autoconnect

I have a customer who wants to use FortiClient 5.2.2 and the vpn autoconnect feature,

and we have configured everything as it should, and pushing out the config from the firewall,

So far everything works fine,

but when they login to their computer the credential page is shown as expected for the first time, they enter their username and password and hit "Connect", a warning message shows "Empty username are not allowed".

No matter what we do it always shows the above message, known bug ? is there an interim build fixing this ?
