Hi when we build new VM02 firewalls and allocate 2 cpu's in vcenter, after applying the license the dashboard shows:
Allocated vCPUs 1/2 50%
It seems to indicate it has 2 CPU but only one is in use, do we need to do anything further?

Hello @flamer
What does the License Status says, does it shows valid?. Could you please run the following command
#get sys status
Also, have you tried a reboot of the firewall?
Regrads
Hi Flamer
If you have a valid license for 2 cpus, please just try the following
AZ-FG-FGT-A # exe cpu show
Active CPU number: 2 --> in your case you will see 1 here
Total CPU number: 2 --> This value will change depending on the instance or VM type.
After you run
AZ-FG-FGT-A # exe cpu add
number New Active CPU Number.
exe cpu add1 in your case
After this you will see all the CPUs in use on the GUI, also it is recommendable to reboot the firewall so the session will use all the CPUs.
Hope this helps :)
