Using an IP address from a Remote Site Subnet

Hello, Forgive me but I' m trying to do something I cannot seem to get my head around. I have VPN setup to a remote site. I need to setup a Windows AD server for that site and using there IP subnet. How can I achieve this so it' s essentially talking to the other network whilst I' m on a different subnet. Can I somehow bond an interface so it travels down the vpn and connects to the other remote subnet? Many thanks for help in advance.

What type of VPN? If the interface mode, other remote network to router did you write. if tunnel mode, multiple phase2 need did you write
