Using Fortiauthentificator to authentificate web application users

Hi everybody, I' m looking for a OTP authentification for my company web application witch use AD to grand user access. Is it possible to use Fortiauthenticator 1000 D (more than 8 000 users ? If possible how can configure ? Regards.
