Users blocked from M365 services

Recently we have users reporting that their MS teams gets disconnected suddenly or suddenly outlook gets disconnected.

upon checking the firewall logs we noticed that some microsoft services are being blocked by our application control or web filter policy.

We are planning to created new Internet service for all microsoft related services so that they won't be blocked.

what is the best method to prevent Microsoft services from being blocked for fortigate

Use Microsoft* ISDB as destination in your firewall policy

Make sure your signatures and ISDB are being updated correctly from FortiGuard.
