User presence status

Hello, I'm going to change my old Siemens PBX and I'm trying out Fortivoice VM. I'm loving it and from my test it works great. unfortunately some feature still seems to be missing... i.e. my users are used to set their presence on the Siemens client application so all the co-workers knows in realtime if another user is available, out for lunch, in vacation, sick, or if he sets his status to "not disturb". i couldn't find anything like this in the Fortivoice user portal. The users status are decided by the appliance, not by the user... Would be great if the user could set it's status based on his own choice maybe with starting and ending time/date and if this status could be checked out by all other users. Right now, i know if a my co-worker is in vacation and till when just checking the Siemens application, I can't do it with FortiVoice :(

Did someone have my same needing and found a solution for this?
