User daemon_admin deleted an access profile prof_fmgr_access from init

Hello everyone, I have a Fortigate 110c, and its firmware version is v4.0.3,build0106,090616. Sometimes my firewall is rebooting automatically. Cpu and memory usage is normal, not up to 20 percentage. I see messages in my log files before rebooting, which are below. Who has an idea about these messages ? Thank you.
