User added webfilter warning entry from <ip_address>

Greetings,

Does anyone know what the following message warns me about? 

"User added webfilter warning entry from 192.168.0.144"

I found the aforementioned entry in Log&Report > Event Log > User

The IP address belongs to a user in a remote branch subnet.

Please advise.
