Hi everybody,
I'm using FAZ-VM64 5.2.3. I have one user with restricted_user profile created before I enabled the ADOM feature. Now this user is set with All ADOMs but not be able to view any logs from FortiView>Log View>Traffic for any ADOM. Other users created after the ADOM feature being enabled can view normally.
I tried deleting that user and recreate user with the same username but the situation doesn't change.
What is wrong and what should I do to fix this. I want the same username to be used.
Thanks,
Pham Phu Cuong

not sure if issue is for local admin or remote admin?
Thanks
Simon
What do you mean by "local admin" and "remote admin"?
Thanks,
Cuong
local admin is using local user/pass for authentication
remote admin is configured with remote authen server like LDAP etc
Thanks
Simon
so in CLI, can you see any config difference for this not working user and other working users?
Thanks
Simon
Hi Simon,
Sorry for the late reply.
It's a local account.
If you mean the "get system admin user ____" then it shows no differences with other working users accept for the ADOM section, as other users are limited to only one ADOM.
Thanks,
Cuong
