Use Fortitoken as 2nd factor on other systems?

Is there any existing solution to use the fortitokens as 2nd factor on other systems?

For example when using ADFS authentication? Or on services like Office365?

If yes, is there documentation about this?

I read that the fortiauthenticator could be used as a radius server?

Is anyone using Forti-Tokens outside of the fortinet products?

Yes, FortiAuthenticator is a RADIUS server and so FortiToken can be used with any RADIUS client configured to user FortiAuth as the auth server.  Further, FortiAuth has a REST API that can be used by any online application to call as the auth server.  Many FortiAuth customers are using this API.  The API is documented here:
