You can see in the SASE interface that SWG policies also have an SPA section. So you *CAN* have a person in a random place without the agent accessing the internal resources, as long as that device is using FortiSASE as an explicit web proxy, and authenticates in FortiSASE with a defined user or from a defined user group, and has the FortiSASE certificate.

The URL which the client will have in the format of "turbo-xxxxxxx.edge.prod.fortisase.com". This can change as well. You will see your specific URL for user on boarding in the FortiSASE portal.
