I'm currently facing a critical issue with our FortiGate High Availability (HA) setup on Azure, and I'm in desperate need of some guidance to resolve the problem. FortiGate 100F devices with a High Availability configuration on Azure. Everything was functioning smoothly until we decided to upgrade the FortiOS to the latest version due to security reasons. If anyone has any insights, solutions, or even troubleshooting steps?

Could you please describe your topology (i.e. FortiGate 100F in Azure)?
I would recommend to start with checking whether both HA cluster units see each other and whether configuration is synchronized. You may consider to enable console access:
