Upgrading from Free VPN client to EMS ZTNA Client

Almost done with intune and some automation but a few hiccups...awhile back we pushed out the SSLVPN client to users and some configs...right now we are testing EMS/ZTNA client and while it seems awesome, when I upgrade a 7.0.9 client to 7.2.1 the vulnerability scanning tab is not there...under normal fresh install its present in the client and works...if I uninstall, reboot, and install the new client it appears...anyone else seen this behavior or have pointers for upgrading the client with software such as intune? sccm?

Not the solution...this describe the upgrade process of SSL VPNs to ZTNA, not the client upgrade issue
