Upgraded the 200F Fortigate cluster from FortiOS 6.4.15 to 7.2.8, which caused an interruption in SSL VPN services. Any reason ?

Hello @ghbhaddar ,
There is no such known issue for SSL VPN on 7.2.8. When you say interruption, could you please elaborate what was the behavior this would help us determine what could have possibly gone wrong.
There has been code changes between 6.4.x and 7.2.x so some functionalities may behave differently.

Hello @ghbhaddar
When you are upgrade from one major version to another Major version it is ideal to follow the upgrade path and run the below command on every firmware version you upgrade to check if any errors are present. If present you have to clear those error and move to next firmware version which is mentioned in the upgrade path.
'diagnose debug config-error-log read'
