Upgrade issue - Old Port Pairing vs Virtual Wire Pair

Hi all,

I have a cluster of FortiGate with Transparent VDOM and Port Pairing feature enabled, I'm trying to upgrade from 5.2.9 to 5.4.5 but I'm experiencing an issue during the process, the new Virtual Wire Pair seems to be not compatible with the old Port Pairing.

Its deleting all the vlans created from the Port Pairing with the consequence that the traffic just stop to cross the interfaces.

Even re-creating manually the new Virtual Wire Pair I'm not able to fix the traffic issue and the only workaround seems to be re-creating and duplicating the firewall rules assigning the new virtual wire pairs to each single rule. The actual situation is source/destination interface is any/any

Someone in the world has experienced the same problem?
