Upgrade Fortiweb firmware

I need assistance updating my FortiWeb with. We do not have support for downloading the firmware.

As this is paid service I guess it is not authorized to use the firmware update without contract.

You may check EULA and FortiCare/FortiGuard Service Terms & Conditions to see if something is said about that.
