Need to upgrade Forticlient EPM from 7.2.4 to at least 7.2.6
If I do this - will this disconnect all my users from the Forticlient VPN?
If so - will they all need to be upgraded before they can reconnect?

Upgrade are always recommended to do during off hours and may disconnect the user from telemetry but once the upgrade is completed than it should not be any issue.
