Upgrade Firmware to 5.2.8

Hello,

I have Fortigate 200D with firmware 5.2.3 i want to upgrade it to 5.2.8

i want your advise about this firmware ,Is there any problem with this firmware? or this stable

You need to follow Upgrade path

i think upgrade path is 5.2.3 >>5.2.5>>5.2.7>>5.2.8

What about the downgrade path? if decide to revert back from 5.2.8 to 5.2.3

Downgrade straight from 5.2.8 to your original version 5.2.3 and reload your config from that version. Config file changes are why you need to follow the upgrade path. Since you have the original you can downgrade straight to that. The same would go for upgrading. Once you have a working 5.2.8 config you do not need to follow the upgrade path again. You can go back from 5.2.3 to 5.2.8 in one hop.
