I've tried to upgrade my FSA1000D to 2.4.0 and it keeps giving me an error. Sometimes the error says that the image is wrong, sometimes it says the partition is wrong, sometimes it gives a non descriptive error.
Confirmed the checksum of the image was correct but still no go. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Nevermind, I did the upgrade via CLI using an FTP server and it worked fine. Looks like somethings funny with the GUI upgrade.
I used the GUI on the Sandbox-VM without issues, 2.3.3 -> 2.4.0

We also upgraded several 1000Ds and VMs. The FSA upgrade itself was easy - also for clustered installations.
But: We had a major trouble with false positive URI ratings between FML and FSA. In the meanwhile we run on an interim Build of 2.4.1 and are fine with it.
So if you use URL scanning for the Fortimails - keep away from 2.4 GA !!!
