Updating FFDB is disabled

We have some Fortigate 92D with FortiOS 6.2.12

When we are trying to manual update of ISDB (ffdb file) there is error code -85 and message about "Updating FFDB is disabled"

How can I fix this issue?

No, it's haven't
But in earlier versions there are no problems with this

Yes. I'm completely sure.

I have 200+ devices with FortiOS 6.0.x and 6.2.x (also 6.4.x, 7.0.x, 7.2.x, and ALL other). All of them I perform pereodically manual update

We have numerous devices running FortiOS 6.2.x and we can't replace its immediately for new one.

How we can update ISDB on these devices?

Connect to ftp server 172.20.1.150 ...
Get other objects from ftp server OK.
