Updates from Akamai content servers

For years I' ve had sporadic problems with certain client sites that use Fortigate firewalls from v3 to v4 in regards to creating policies that allow updates to be received properly from Akamai. Obviously the IP addresses associated with the Akamai content servers can change and/or the FQDN resolution can provide various values. Has anyone come up with a successful policy to address updates from the various Akamai content servers?
