Unsanitized syslog server IP
FortiAuthenticator version 4.1.1 has a bug that allows unsanitized syslog server inputs. FAC allows incomplete syslog server IP addresses to be added to the configured and saved. Syslogs will still send to any properly entered alternative syslog servers.
