Unblocking subsite for game blocked site

Hello,

We want https://www.ubisoft.com/nl-nl/game/assassins-creed/discovery-tour to pass. However ubisoft.com is being blocked by the game filter. Any suggestions how this can be done? I already used "web rating overrides" for this url. Thanks! (Fortigate 200F with V6.4.5 firmware)

Hello,

Thank you for your question. If you want to unblock only this URL and keep other blocked, you can use static url filter and exempt it. However, you will need deep-inspection to do this as FortiGate will not be able to recognize URL only with Certificate inspection probably. Or if you want to unblock whole website, you can use webrating override, wildcard static url filter is also an option.
