hope you can help me, i configure a smtp server with office 365 account. test was sent without any issue, but when i try to sent a fortitoken to any user it shown the mesage
Nominating a forum post submits a request to create a new Knowledge Article based on the forum post topic. Please ensure your nomination includes a solution within the reply.
Can you try to resend the test email? May be O365 has blocked the email address
Are you using FortiToken or FortiToken cloud?
It is solved now, it wasnt set as defaul sender the smtp service, i saved two times and didnt work, i uploaded to lastest version and it worked.

Great i see by default it is using the local Mail Server..
It may be related to the certificate.
You must also mark your Office365 definition as the default SMTP server.
