Unable to reset uptime manually

Hi Guys,

 

We are unable to reset uptime by using dia sys ha reset-uptime. But didn't work

Hey Shantilal,

the command 'diag sys ha reset-uptime' resets cluster uptime, not the actual FortiGate uptime; the end effect is that, if the FortiGate is in a cluster, this will trigger a failover.

The only way to reset the uptime of an individual FortiGate is to reboot it.

i have same problem with Shantilal, and i do your advice to reboot device (for reset uptime). and it works to gain HA sync normally. thank you
