Unable to import some users from LDAP

I am currently using fortiauthenticator for VPN connection using users from LDAP I was able to import most of the users from LDAP except some users which give me entry not found any suggestions?

There is not a lot of info to go on here but there was an issue (fixed in 3.0.1 under bug ID 226024) where AD LDAP users with the Exchange ActiveSync Attribute assigned could not be imported. If this does not describe your issue, post some more details of the situation (FAC version, LDAP version, error messages etc). If you raise a support ticket, it is worth creating an LDIFF export of one of the problematic users so we can look for any unexpected issues. Note for extended LDAP logs, see https://<FAC_IP>/debug/
