Looks like DNS issue, can you set the DNS from CLI/Console as below.
config system dns
set primary x.x.x.x
set secondary y.y.y.y
endhttps://help.fortinet.com/fmgr/vm-install/56/Document/800_Initial_Configuration/801_GUI_Access.htm
