Unable to get 1 subnet to connect to remote site

Hello all,

I have a 100E and 60E.  The 100E has multiple subnets however the the 60E only has 1 subnet configured.. my goal is the configure a IPSec tunnel for 3 subnets over at the 100E so that they can reach the 1 subnet in the 60E. Note that all 3 subnets are configured under the same vpn tunnel

strangely the 2 subnets can route through with no issue (both ends are pingable too) however for 1 subnet  both ends cannot reach each other. policies and static routes are all the same for the 3 subnets so i cannot figure out y 1 subnet will not work correctly.

Any advice?
