Unable to connect to vpn network environment

Hi,

I have forticlient engine ver: 2.00026, signature ver: 1.00175

Fortigate 100e - firmware 6.0.2 build 0163

 

I able to establish connection to vpn network, but i unable to connect to the network.

As u can see in the attach, 0 bytes send/receive.

I uninstall the forticlient and install again. didn't help

What can i do ?

Do you have a policy allowing 172.16.32.0/24 from interface "SSL-VPN" to the LAN?

And a route to this subnet via interface "SSL-VPN"?

Yes.

Also, The problem is only in one station !!

Other stations enable to connect to vpn network via forticlient.

Is it split-tunnel or the default goes into the tunnel? Check the client PC/Mac/Debian device got proper routes in the local table. MS Windows environment has more problems with this part of FortiClient operation.
