Hey yall, I have a firewall that I’m trying to connect to ssh via the forticloud interface in order to fix the syslog. The firewall itself is not down, but when I attempt to connect via ssh it just says “connected” until it eventually says “disconnected”
I believe I need to update the firmware so that the firewall can connect to fortimanager, but other than that I cannot find any other relevant solutions
Any help or suggestions?

1.SSH connection from the forticloud to access FGT ?
2. If you are going for upgrade the FGT>>Check the compatibility version for FMG.

3. If version compatibility issue between FGT and FMG, it will not connect.
Check it, and update on it.
