im not able to block web.telegram.org
I tried so far:
- Web Filter -> Static URL Filter -> web.telegram.org (Simple / Block / Enable)
- Web Rating Overrides -> web.telegram.org (custom) -> Web Filter -> Block custom
- Application Control -> Block Telegram
