Unable to add to Block list Since updating firmware in fortimail

Hello,

 

I'm unable to update block/safe list in fortimail since doing a fimeware upgrade. It got updated to v7.2.3(GA-Maturity), build395, 2023.04.17. When I try to add a block or safe email address, it states, "Failed to add the entry to the list" Any Idea on how to fix this? As well, the block list that was there before the firmware update, is now gone.

Found the cause...block/safet list tracking wasn't enabled. Once enabled I could see the list of prevously blocked/safe and add to it.
