Unable to activate Free FortiGate VM (free version)

I am unable to activate my Forti VM:

FortiFirewall-VM64 # execute vm-license-options account-id enrico.thau@siemens-energy.com

FortiFirewall-VM64 # execute vm-license-options account-password xxxx

FortiFirewall-VM64 # execute vm-license
This VM is using the evaluation license. This license does not expire.
Limitations of the Evaluation VM license include:

2.Maximum of 1 CPU and 2GiB of memory

Failed to download VM license.

But Internet connections is ok:

Hello @EThau ,

When I reviewed your "get sys stat" output, I saw you deployed the FortiFirewall image. Can you deploy the FortiGate image? You can access the FortiGate image from the support website.

The file name should start with FGT_ ...
