Uso FortiWifi 60E y cada vez que intento acceder al sandbox de mi página web me salta el web filter.

Para acceder al sandbox tengo que introducir :8008 al final de la URL de mi website ("www.website.com:8008").¿

¿Cómo puedo hacer para que me permita acceder al sandbox?.

He probado poniendo y permitiendo la URL en los filtros URL del web filter y del DNS pero me sigue bloqueando.
