Unable to access FortiAnalyzer after restoring configuration

Hi team,

 

I am unable to access to my fortianalyser after restoring configuration. I juste moved the config from the 400C to the 400E with exactly the same version.

event ping is not working.

how can I solve this please ?

 

2- If there is no way ? How can I hard reset the 400E fortianalyser please ?
