Hello All,
I have one FortiGate 30E Device. I am continuously getting ping drop on LAN and WAN port.
Action Taken.
1. Upgraded the Firmware from 5.4.2 to latest one.
2. Factory Reset the Device from Console.
3. Checked with one Dedicated Hardware port Also.
4. Removed Boot Device and trying to boot it with tftp new Firmware but its still same Due to Continuous ping loss Firmware is unable to upload.
Please Help me out For this issue.

Are you uploading firmware version 7.4.1? FGT30E is compatible up until version 6.2.15 only.

Yes I am upgrading only 6.2.15 only the Last one and even tried Second last also.
